The popular erectile dysfunction drug Viagra has been licensed in Canada by Health Canada to combat the risk of an increased risk of sexual side effects associated with the use of certain medications.
“This is an important drug to have in a safe and non-risky environment, and it’s very important for Canadians to know that their health should not be compromised by this,” said Dr. Mark R. Schubert, a professor of medicine at the University of Ottawa.
The drug has not yet been approved by Health Canada to treat erectile dysfunction in men, and it’s not known whether the side effects are reversible.
The drugs have not been approved by Health Canada to treat or prevent other types of sexual function disorders.
The drugs can be used to treat impotence and the erectile dysfunction drug can be used to treat other sexual dysfunction disorders. The drugs are also used to treat other conditions that are similar to sexual dysfunction, including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, aortic stenosis, high cholesterol, certain blood pressure medications, and a blood cell disorder known as myeloma.
“The fact is that this is a very serious condition,” said Dr. Schubert, the professor of medicine.
“So if you are on a particular medication that’s going to cause serious side effects, it’s not likely that you’re going to get the same drug that it has caused,” he added.
“So, if you’re on the right medication, you can go see your physician and have an examination,” Schubert said.
The drugs have been licensed to treat erectile dysfunction in men by Health Canada, the drug’s licence holder and the Canadian Food Drug Regulations.
“They are not licensed to treat sexual dysfunction in men,” said Dr. Schubert.
However, the drugs have not yet been approved by Health Canada to treat or prevent other types of sexual function disorders. In March, the drug will be licensed to treat or prevent a disease called androgenic alopecia.

“There is not yet any information that will make people think that this is a serious disease,” Schubert said.
In addition to erectile dysfunction, Schubert said he hopes to have a better understanding of the drug’s side effects.
“The risk of this drug being harmful is fairly high,” said Schubert.
The drug can cause vision problems, including a loss of blue vision, he said. He hopes to have a better understanding of the side effects of the drug.
“I hope I can help people understand the side effects,” Schubert said.
He said he’s not sure how much the drugs will cost, but he hopes to have a better understanding of the drug’s benefits and risks.
“I’m sure that this will be an important drug,” Schubert said.

Men in the UK will be able to buy Viagra over the counter after consulting with a pharmacist and without a prescription for the first time today.
ViagraConnect manufacturer, Pfizer, estimates more than a fifth of men aged over 18 in Britain suffer from erectile dysfunction, but almost half of those over 40 have not sought medical help.
The erectile dysfunction drug will be available in 14,000 stores across Britain and via pharmacy websites.
The tablets will be available exclusively from Boots until 10 April.
Those aged 18 and over will be able to buy the tablets following a conversation with a pharmacist or after filling out an online form. Men can ask to speak to a pharmacist in a private consultation room if preferred.
The pharmacists will determine whether treatment is appropriate for the patient and give advice on erectile dysfunction, usage of the medicine and potential side effects. They will advise men to consult with their doctor no less than six months after buying Viagra so that any potential underlying conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart disease can be investigated.
A Boots spokesperson said that the man affected by erectile dysfunction should buy the drug themselves wherever practically possible.
Men with severe heart problems, those at high risk of heart problems, liver failure, kidney failure, strokes or those taking certain other medicines, will still need to be prescribed the drug under the supervision of a doctor.
A four-pack of the tablets will cost £19.99 and an eight-pack £34.99.
Men who buy it will be advised that they can take a 50 mg tablet an hour before having sex, but should not use more than one pill a day.
